    • Google Docs Access – The add-on analyzes text within your document to provide word replacement suggestions. However, it does not store, transmit, or retain document content.
    • Other Standard Google Workspace Add-on Permissions – The add-on may request additional permissions required by Google for integration purposes.
  3. How We Use Data

    The add-on only accesses document text to provide real-time suggestions. No document data is stored, shared, or transmitted to external servers.

    We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties.

    Since no user data is stored, the risk of data exposure is minimized. The add-on operates within Google’s secure API environment and adheres to Google Workspace security standards.

  6. User Control & Revoking Access

    You can revoke the add-on’s access at any time through your Google Account settings (Google Permissions). Once revoked, the add-on will no longer have access to your documents.
